In the spirit of the new year's reset, not just for our health but for our whole lives, let's break out of our comfort zones! If you've reached a tipping point of frazzled nerves at the end of the last year, sample practices like breath work, meditation, plant medicine, and even of cold exposure. All of these usually are negotiable to me. If I cheat on my routine it shows. I'm guilty of that... Well, it seems like everyone is desperate for that reset button, so, let's begin at the beginning.
Whatever floats your boat and brings you a sense of balance and serenity, go for it! Dive in headfirst. Meditate, breathe, and get those limbs moving! Immerse yourself in nature. Kickstart your day with exercises that stabilize your frazzled nerves. That's the name of the game here.
Let's face it, we'll never rid ourselves of the fight or flight response, but we surely don't have to live in the survival mode.
For the sake of our own well-being and the harmony of the world around us, it's our responsibility to find that inner peace and balance, to seek and to stay in harmony within and without.
It is absolutely doable.

It keeps your cerebrospinal fluid flowing, and regenerates your vagus nerve ( the speedy highway connecting your brain and vital organs). It's an absolute game-changer for your overall well-being, believe me, my loves.
- Embrace the Chill! Dare to bare it all and spend a few moments outdoors with minimal clothing on, take cold or contrast showers. Science can vouch for the immense benefits of this invigorating experience. It's easy and cheap (comparable to the croytherapy) and you'll get tons of energy and quicken your immune system.
Enjoy the journey, my darlings! And remember, begin low and go slow. No need to rush or stress. Just embrace each moment as it unfolds.
